Ingredients
Calcium ascorbate, zinc citrate, R-alpha lipoic acid, saw palmetto leaf, manganese gluconate, curcumin, vitamins, minerals, brown rice (excipient, extract), ubiquinone, vegetable and fruit extracts: ginger, blueberry, broccoli, rosehip, papaya leaf, pumpkin seed. Vegetable capsule: pullulan (cassava plant)
Take one (1) capsule twice daily, possibly with some liquid, during a meal.
