Hello, I have a few questions, please. I see the product contains vitamin B6 - is it a high dose? For how long can I safely administer this supplement? Regarding Vitamin D, I notice the dosage for 2 capsules is 10 µg - how much does this translate into IU? 1000 IU/ 2000 IU etc.? Thank you very much!

Therefore, you can safely use this supplement for extended periods. Vitamin D in 2 capsules = 10 µg = 400 IU (International Units). This is a low dosage. If you want to reach 1000 IU (25 µg) or 2000 IU (50 µg) per day, consider adding a separate vitamin D supplement.
What is the capsule made of? I can’t see that listed here among the ingredients. So what is the capsule of this Essential Magnesium Quatro magnesium pill made from?

I can’t find anywhere what the capsule is made of. Especially since you state that you don’t use HPMC or magnesium stearate.
