On the advice of a hair salon in Oosterhout (NB), I started using HNS 1.5 years ago. They referred me to a health store around the corner due to hair loss and thinning hair, which was caused by a hormonal issue. I hardly experience any hair loss anymore, just the normal shedding that everyone has. My hair is becoming fuller and shinier. I take 2 tablets a day, one in the morning and one after dinner in the evening. I also notice an improvement in my skin. I did stop for about 2 months once, and I noticed the difference immediately. I am very satisfied with it.......
It does take up to two weeks before it starts to work, but I no longer experience hair loss. Highly recommended!

Why does this HSN jar contain too much vitamin B6?

Isn't it harmful that there is too much vitamin B6 in it?

Can you confirm that this product is gluten-free? This is due to a gluten intolerance.

All mentioned supplements (including the HNS Plex) can, if desired, be used simultaneously.

We are talking about a few milligrams, while according to the European Food Safety Administration, you can ingest four GRAMS, which is a quantity thousands of times higher.
HPMC is mentioned in a certain booklet, but that booklet provides no explanation as to why this substance should not be ingested.
