Good vitamins at a good price. Ordered and arrived within a few days. Very satisfied.

I am very satisfied with the Fem-plex multi-vitamins! I started using them because I felt very tired and lethargic. It is recommended to take three tablets a day for the first two weeks and then to take one tablet daily thereafter. After a week and a half, I already noticed a significant difference. I was afraid that the energetic feeling would crash once I switched to one tablet a day. However, this has not been the case. I still feel energetic!

On 31 august 2015 by Customer serviceSo no, I think you would be better off choosing a different multivitamin, for example the Multi 50+. Per daily dosage (3 capsules for those over 70) it provides 15 mcg of vitamin D and no iron.
