Ordered this item on the advice of a naturopath. I do notice it has some effect on the intestines. Waiting to see what it does in the long term.
Very satisfied
Great stuff. Started with pro-symbioflor, then continued with Symbioflor 1 and 2. I noticed a difference quite quickly. Just a few weeks to go...

I use this probiotic for my daughter who is 14 months old. How exactly can I drop it in her nose? At the moment, I put 13 drops on a spoon and place the spoon in her mouth.
On 26 january 2020 by Customer serviceThe drops can be administered both orally and nasally. Energetica Natura recommends the following dosage for infants up to 2 years: 2 x the number of drops according to their age in months + 2 x 1 drop in each nostril. So, in addition to your 13 drops, you could also put 1 drop in each nostril. You could use a dropper for this if there isn’t a pipette in the cap of the bottle. You can find individual droppers via this link on our website.
On 07 march 2015 by Customer serviceI need to take 15 drops three times a day, but should I take this in my mouth or in my nose?
