Apply the tonic to the legs, feet, or arms in an upward motion towards the heart. Repeat as needed several times a day. The tonic contains oil; therefore, apply it directly to the skin and avoid contact with your clothing. If you wear support stockings, wait 30 minutes before putting them on. For very dry skin, Leg Tonic can also be mixed with one of the body oils.

Breng de tonic aan op de benen, voeten of armen in een opwaartse beweging naar het hart toe. Herhaal naar behoefte meerdere keren per dag. De tonic bevat olie; breng hem dus rechtstreeks aan op de huid en vermijd contact met uw kleding. Draag je steunkousen, wacht dan 30 minuten voordat je ze aandoet. Bij een zeer droge huid kan Been Tonic ook gemengd worden met een van de bodyoliën.
