I don't know if it helps, but it's certainly necessary for the winter months. Very small tablets that are easy to take, especially ideal for those who have difficulty swallowing.

Davitamon D 50+ contains 5 micrograms of vitamin D per daily dose of two tablets for adults (100% RDA*).
RDA is the Recommended Daily Allowance of vitamins for adults according to the Health Council.
The recommended daily amount of vitamin D according to the Health Council is:
* women aged 50 and over: 10 micrograms (= 4 tablets)
* men aged 70 and over: 10 micrograms (= 4 tablets)
For people with a darker skin tone or who spend little time outdoors (less than fifteen minutes a day with hands and face uncovered):
* women aged 50 and over: 20 micrograms (= 8 tablets)
* men aged 70 and over: 20 micrograms (= 8 tablets)
Are you using another multivitamin product from the Davitamon Actifit 50+ range? Depending on use and product type, it contains 2.5 to 5 micrograms of vitamin D. Check the packaging to see how much vitamin D the product contains per daily dose and you can flexibly use Davitamon 50+ as needed:
* 1 tablet Davitamon D50+ = 2.5 μg
* 2 tablets Davitamon D50+ = 5 μg
* 3 tablets Davitamon D50+ = 7.5 μg
* 4 tablets Davitamon D50+ = 10 μg (μg= microgram)
