Ingredients
Magnesium, calcium, maltodextrin, bulking agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, stearic acid, magnesium stearate, vitamin B3, vitamin D3, colouring: titanium dioxide, medium chain triglycerides, humectant: glycerol.
Usage
Take 1 tablet daily with water, preferably during or after a meal.
Swallow the tablet whole.
