Usage
Depending on diet and lifestyle, adults 1 to 2 tablets per day.
Preferably take during or after meals.
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years old.
Store at room temperature (15-25 degrees Celsius) in a dry and dark place (in the original packaging)
