I wonder if the pills are well absorbed? It seems that this supplement is very complete, but I am curious about what the difference is with another comparable supplement. Is this one good enough or would you recommend another?
On 12 march 2020 by Customer serviceCompleet Mama Plus fish oil from Davitamon is, in terms of composition, a very complete multivitamin for pregnant women. However, there are two aspects that should be considered before choosing this multivitamin. Firstly, this multivitamin is relatively low in dosage. Additionally, the vitamin and mineral compounds used are less well absorbed than those in other pregnancy multivitamins.
At present, the best multivitamin for pregnant women and those who are breastfeeding is Elke Dag Mama: https://www.vitaminstore.nl/product/solgar-vitamins-formula-vm-2000-tabletten-582
Two other multivitamins that closely follow in terms of quality are Zwanger Compleet from Essential Organics and Prenatal from Vitaminhealth.
