Ingredients
Vitamins, fillers: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, acidity regulator: dicalcium phosphate, anti-caking agents: stearic acid, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, minerals, colouring: titanium dioxide, medium chain triglycerides, stabiliser: glycerol.
Usage
Adults take 1 tablet daily with sufficient water.
Swallow the tablet whole.
Take it in the morning during or after breakfast.
