Taurine is a non-essential amino acid, which can be synthesised in the body from the amino acids methionine and cysteine. Taurine is abundant in the body. An adult human has approximately 1 gram of taurine per kilogram of body weight.

Composition per capsule: 
Taurine 500 mg, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (filler), HPMC (vegetarian capsule).

Usage:
1-2 times daily, 1-2 capsules.
