With the ingredients in this package, a tea is made that is to be drunk 2-3 times throughout the day.
It is recommended to repeat this programme twice a year.

Contents:
- 25 grams of chopped hydrangea root (hydrangea aborscens), a common ornamental shrub.
- 25 grams of marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), a common herb
- Goldenrod tincture (solidago virgaurea), can be omitted in case of allergy
- Ginger capsules, 500 mg
- Bearberry capsules (uva ursi)
- Vegetable glycerine (200 ml)
- Vitamin B6, 125 mg
- Magnesium complex (magnesium oxide) 500 mg
Not included:
Large bunch of fresh parsley (available at greengrocers).
Note: Parsley flakes and dried parsley are not suitable.
Ingredients
Hydrangea root (hydrangea aborscens), Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), Goldenrod tincture (solidago virgaurea), Ginger capsules, Bearberry capsules, Vegetable glycerine, Vitamin B6, Magnesium complex (magnesium oxide)
Making the kidney tea:
Combine the loose herbs and let the mixture soak in 10 cups of cold tap water.
Use a glass bowl for this. After four hours or the next morning, bring to a boil and let simmer for 20 minutes. Drink 1/4 cup once the tea has cooled sufficiently. Strain the tea into a well-cleaned glass bottle. Store the bottle in the refrigerator.
Making parsley water:
Wash the parsley and let it boil for 3 minutes in 1 litre of water. Once the parsley water has cooled sufficiently, drink 1/4 cup. Store 1/2 litre of parsley water in the refrigerator, and freeze the rest. Discard the boiled parsley.
Usage
Each morning, combine 3/4 cup of tea and 1/4 cup of parsley water. Add 20 drops of goldenrod tincture and 1 teaspoon of vegetable glycerine. Drink this mixture 2-3 times throughout the day. If you have a sensitive stomach or are over 70 years old, start with half the amount, spread throughout the day.
Additionally, take:
- Ginger 500mg with each meal (3 capsules per day)
- Uva ursi: 400 mg at breakfast, 800 mg at dinner
- Vitamin B6: 2 x 125 mg per day
- Magnesium complex: 500 mg per day
Take these dietary supplements just before dinner.
Both the herbal tea and parsley water can spoil quickly. Boil both every four days, even if stored correctly. This will sterilise them again. If you do this in the morning, you can take both (in a glass jar or bottle) to work without needing a refrigerator.
