On the skin: incense is a special oil that can be combined with plant oil for use on the skin. This oil is particularly suitable for the care of ageing skin or skin that needs extra nourishment. Incense is the essential oil for anti-ageing facial care. The maximum dosage of incense oil is 8%, which means a maximum of 16 drops in 10 ml of plant oil such as jojoba or coconut oil.
In the bath: this oil is also great to use in the bath to create a relaxing atmosphere and naturally has a soothing effect on the respiratory system. Mix a maximum of 8 drops in a neutral bath oil with an emulsifier for a full bath.
The combination below is delightful in a diffuser! You can also make your own skin or bath oil by mixing 5 drops of essential oil in 20 ml of plant or bath oil.
