Centrum Select 50+ is a multivitamin for those over 50 and contains all the vitamins, minerals, and lutein essential for daily functioning.

Composition
Contains per daily dosage of 1 tablet: 800 µg vitamin A (of which 50% is beta-carotene); 1.65 mg vitamin B1; 2.1 mg vitamin B2; 24 mg vitamin B3 (niacin); 9 mg vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid); 2.1 mg vitamin B6; 75 µg vitamin B8 (biotin); 300 µg vitamin B11 (folic acid); 3 µg vitamin B12; 120 mg vitamin C; 5 µg vitamin D; 18 mg vitamin E; 30 µg vitamin K; 162 mg calcium; 40 µg chromium; 2.1 mg iron; 125 mg phosphorus; 100 µg iodine; 500 µg copper; 1 mg lutein; 100 mg magnesium; 2 mg manganese; 50 µg molybdenum; 30 µg selenium and 5 mg zinc.

Dosage
1 tablet per day. Take the tablet with sufficient water, preferably in the morning with a meal.
