Centrum Adult is a multivitamin for adults that helps supplement the diet to maintain daily well-being.

Composition
Contains per daily dose of 1 tablet: 800 µg vitamin A (of which 25% as beta-carotene); 1.4 mg vitamin B1; 1.75 mg vitamin B2; 20 mg vitamin B3; 7.5 mg vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid); 2 mg vitamin B6; 62.5 µg vitamin B8 (biotin); 200 µg vitamin B11 (folic acid); 2.5 µg vitamin B12; 100 mg vitamin C; 5 µg vitamin D; 15 mg vitamin E; 30 µg vitamin K; 162 mg calcium; 40 µg chromium, 5 mg iron; 125 mg phosphorus; 100 µg iodine; 100 mg magnesium; 500 µg copper; 2 mg manganese; 50 µg molybdenum; 30 µg selenium; 5 mg zinc.

Dosage
1 tablet per day, to be taken with sufficient water, preferably in the morning with a meal.
