For me, the ultimate solution if you're struggling with mood swings during menopause.
For a number of years, I took medication due to the 'winter blues' and feelings of melancholy caused by hormonal fluctuations, until I came across the supplements from Care For Woman. I now take 'Mood' and 'Menstrual Care' and feel wonderful again. Of course, there are still some less good days, but I no longer feel thrown off balance! It's absolutely fantastic that these dietary supplements have helped me regain my resilience in life!
