Can I use the Menstrual Care (Care for Woman) alongside the herb Ashwagandha? If so, what dosage/brand do you recommend?

A recommended option is the Ashwagandha Organic KSM-66 from Vitals. This provides 15 mg of withanolides per capsule. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day.
