On 27 march 2018 by Customer serviceCare (a type of multivitamin containing maca and sage). The two complement each other very well.
The Care is primarily a type of multivitamin (although it does not provide all vitamins and minerals). It contains maca, but in a very low amount, so little effect is to be expected from it. The amount of sage is also relatively low. For night sweats, it is advisable to use a more potent remedy based on isoflavones alongside it, such as the Menopause formula.
Ideally, you should continue to use both. However, it is perfectly fine to try just the Menopause for a month.
You could also replace the Care with a complete multivitamin, so you also receive daily vitamin D and other important nutrients. For example, our Multi Vitamins.
