I started using it a year ago on my sister's advice due to hot flashes. It took a long time before it started to work. But when I ran out and didn't take it for a few days, the symptoms returned with full force. I started taking it again quickly and it works again!!!

Composition per capsule:
Vitex agnus-castus (monk's pepper) extract, standardised to a minimum of 0.5% agnusides and a minimum of 0.4% aucubin 225 mg
Excipients
anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate)
microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel)
Ingredients (descending order)
Monk's pepper (Vitex agnus castus), capsule wall (cellulose (HPMC)), filler (microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel)), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily immediately upon waking or with a meal. If swallowing is difficult, the capsule may be opened.
In some cases, the effects of Vitex agnus castus may be noticeable within a few weeks.
However, it usually takes more than a month, and sometimes even up to six months, before a change is observed.

Silicon dioxide is a so-called anti-caking agent. This substance is used to prevent ingredients from clumping together. This ensures an even distribution of nutrients or active ingredients in the final product. Magnesium stearate serves a similar function as an anti-caking agent.
When it is important that each tablet or capsule contains exactly the same amount of active ingredients, such excipients are necessary.
There are also supplements that use natural excipients like rice flour. These supplements are not necessarily better, but they are completely natural, for those who prefer that.

The 809 Cimicifuga Extract (black cohosh) from AOV contains only rice flour as a filler.

Please discontinue use for a few days to see if the bumps disappear, and then observe if they return when you resume taking the multivitamin.
As an alternative to the multivitamin, you might consider using the Female Multiple, in combination with, for example, Dong Quai (Chinese Angelica).
