Order delivered well and promptly. I have been using it for too short a time to measure the effect on the thyroid.
Since I started using this, my intestines no longer feel unsettled, and I no longer have diarrhoea or excessive gas. This product works well for me.
Tyronyl contains iodine from kelp. Kelp is a seaweed rich in iodine. Another important component is selenium, which also contributes to the normal functioning of the thyroid gland.
Key synergists in Tyronyl are zinc and niacin (vitamin B3). Niacin supports both energy metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Only the flush-free variant of niacin is used for this product, as regular niacin can cause a warm, red, and itchy skin in some people. This reaction is harmless, but many find the flush unpleasant.

Can a 3-year-old child take this as well?

My thyroid was becoming a bit sluggish. Medication feels like too big a step because it makes me restless, and I would prefer a natural approach. Does this remedy work well? And does it also aid metabolism? I receive a lot of guidance from a natural dietitian, but losing weight seems impossible, and I can't seem to gain energy either... When can I expect to notice any effects?
