Polygonum bistorta (adderwortel) radix 4.5 ml

Tormentil (Potentilla erecta), adderwortel (Polygonum bistorta). Alcoholpercentage 70% v/v.
3 tot 4 maal daags 15 tot 20 druppels. Mond- en keelholte: tinctuur lokaal aanbrengen bijvoorbeeld met kwastje of als gorgeldrank gebruiken (30 druppels tinctuuroplossen in een half glas water).

Hello, I don't quite understand how to use this. Is it only meant to be used in your mouth as a gargle? So, you're not supposed to swallow it? Why is that? It's a herbal complex, right?
