True sage (Salvia officinalis), filler (microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel)), capsule shell (cellulose (HPMC)), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).
Take 1 to 2 capsules daily during or immediately after meals. Preferably spread the intake over different meals.
If you have difficulty swallowing, the capsule may be opened.
