Excellent strips for conducting a quick and simple test
With the Bonusan test strips, you can easily and quickly test the pH level of urine. The measurement provides an indication of the degree of acidity of the body's environment. After a few minutes, the strip shows a clear colour change. You then compare the colour of the strip with the supplied colour code, above which the pH value is indicated. To get a good picture of the acid-base balance, it is advisable to repeat this process several times a day and record the results in a booklet. A good pH level during the day is between 6.8 and 7.4.

Collect some fresh urine in a cup. Tear off a test strip with dry fingers. Dip the test strip into the urine for one second, remove it, and gently shake off the excess liquid. The moistened part of the test strip changes colour according to the pH level. Compare this colour with the colour scale within two minutes. Read the value at the colour that best matches (accuracy: 0.1 pH). Used test strips can be disposed of with household waste.
