Ingredients
Vitamin B6, Inositol Hexanicotinate, (microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel)), capsule shell (cellulose HPMC), zinc citrate, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).

Usage

Unless otherwise prescribed, take 1 capsule twice daily during or just after a meal. If you have difficulty swallowing, the capsule may be opened.

This dietary supplement is not suitable for children up to and including 3 years of age.

Vitamin B3

Nicotinic acid (vitamin B3) can cause a so-called 'flush' (sometimes intense, but harmless), which is a sudden rush of blood to the head and limbs, accompanied by a warm, burning, and/or tingling sensation. This reaction is temporary.

Vitamin B6

Prolonged daily use of this amount of vitamin B6 may cause mild tingling or numbness in the limbs.
