I had been searching for a multivitamin for my 4-year-old son for a while, but only found ones filled with sugar. I know as an orthomolecular therapist that this hinders the absorption of vitamins by his body. However, I have no complaints about this one, except that the sweeteners could be removed, as it is a matter of getting used to for children. He wasn't keen on it at first, but with a bit of creativity (crushing it and mixing it into drinks, etc.) and perseverance (having a little more each day), he got used to the taste, and now he takes it himself and reminds me about it. He even wants it again, and I have to stop him because he has already had it today. He now chews it without anything!

Multi Vital Forte Junior Active delivers vitamins and minerals in a natural, highly absorbable form. The vitamin B-complex is supplemented with choline, PABA, and inositol. Vitamin E is accompanied by natural mixed tocopherols. Finally, vitamin C is accompanied by a bioflavonoid complex.
Vitamins in active form ensure good bioavailability. This means that these vitamins are well absorbed by the developing body. The organically bound minerals in this multi are also well absorbed.
To prevent the accumulation of vitamin B6, a safe dosage has been chosen and we have used the active P5P form of B6. Vitamin A is in the form of natural beta-carotene, which the body only converts to vitamin A as needed. This makes overdose impossible.
