Sulphur is classified with calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium, and phosphorus as macrominerals: minerals that the body needs in large quantities daily. Nevertheless, it is one of the most underestimated minerals. For instance, there is still no reference intake (RI) for sulphur. Despite this, sulphur from MSM powder is a component of important amino acids and virtually all proteins.

Excipients
microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose (HPC), magnesium stearate.
Guaranteed free from
GMO, corn, soy, yeast, gluten, lactose, added sucrose, gelatine, animal substances, preservatives, synthetic colourings, flavourings, and fragrances.
Take 1 to 3 tablets daily during or shortly after a meal. Temporarily, the dosage can be increased to 4 or more tablets per day. Afterwards, a maintenance dose of 1 to 3 tablets per day is sufficient. For high dosages, it is advisable to gradually build up the dosage.
The effect of MSM may only become noticeable after a few weeks.
At the start of using MSM, gastrointestinal complaints (e.g. intestinal cramps, mild diarrhoea) may occur. These complaints are generally resolved by spreading the intake of MSM more throughout the day or by lowering the dosage and gradually building it up again. A similar advice applies when typical symptoms of poor liver detoxification occur.
