Ingredients
Camellia sinensis, capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Hericium erinaceus, phosphatidylserine (SOYA), Bacopa monnieri, shilajit, acetylcarnitine, glycine, anti-caking agent (fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid).
Unless otherwise advised, take 1 capsule twice a day during or shortly after a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage. If you have difficulty swallowing, the capsule may be opened.
The maximum dose of EGCG is 800 mg per day.
Storage
Store in a dry place at room temperature.
Not suitable for consumption in combination with other green tea products or on an empty stomach.
Not suitable for children under 18 years, during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Green tea may potentially affect the efficacy of anti-anxiety medications (anxiolytics), folic acid (high dosage), and cardiovascular medicines.
