Per daily dosage of 2 capsules:

Cynara scolymus (artichoke) folia extract, standardised to a minimum of 5% cynarine 200 mg
Zingiber officinale (ginger) rhizoma extract, standardised to a minimum of 5% gingerols 500 mg

Ingredients:
Ginger (Zingiber officinale), artichoke (Cynara scolymus), capsule shell (cellulose (HPMC)), filler (microcrystalline cellulose (cellulose gel)), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).

Unless otherwise recommended, take 1 capsule twice a day during or just after a meal.
