I have been using this product for a few weeks now. I find it to be a good product. It is easy to take, causes no discomfort with burping, and is pleasant to use. I cannot say much about its effects in the body yet, as it is still too early.
A fantastic product that I plan to use for a long time, also on the recommendation of a naturopath; I use turmeric extract (curcuma) to strengthen my immune system. No side effects, a great product!!

Previously, research on Curcuma longa mainly focused on the main component curcumin. Now it appears that turmeric is converted in the body into many more interesting substances, including demethoxycurcumin (DMC), bisdemethoxycurcumin (BMC), and tetrahydrocurcumin (THC).
Not every curcuma extract results in high curcumin levels. Therefore, we produce our Curcuma longa extract with CurcuWIN™. This raw material has very high water solubility. Additionally, we chose CurcuWIN™ because it has the same curcuminoid profile as naturally occurs in the turmeric rhizome: curcumin (approximately 75%), demethoxycurcumin (approximately 15%), and bisdemethoxycurcumin (approximately 5%).

Contains per vegetarian capsule:
Curcuma longa rhizome extract (Biocurcumin, standardised to at least 80% curcumin) 250 mg
Excipients:
microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, cellulose (HPMC), MCT oil.
Take 1 to 3 capsules daily during or shortly after meals.
Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Use is discouraged in cases of bile duct obstruction. Influences on medicines and health products are possible. Consult an expert for this.
This product is a dietary supplement.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
A varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. A dietary supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet.
Keep out of reach of young children.
Store dry, sealed, and at room temperature, unless otherwise advised on the label.
Consult an expert before using supplements in case of pregnancy, lactation, medication use, and illness.

Curcumin from Curcuma longa extract is a powerful free radical scavenger and antioxidant. It stimulates the immune system and supports the normal immune response. Curcumin is, among other things, a natural inhibitor of COX-2 (cyclooxygenase-2) and Nuclear Factor-kappa B (NF-kB).
