Contains only choline bitartrate, no chloride
Choline is a relatively unknown but important nutrient related to the B vitamins. In the Netherlands, there is no recommended daily allowance (RDA) for choline. The United States is ahead in this regard: women are advised to consume 425 mg daily and men 550 mg. The US government even requires that choline be added to all infant formula not made from cow's milk.
The American measure stems from the fact that choline is only produced in small amounts by the body. Dietary intake is essential in many cases. Can I take this vitamin together with Pregnant Complete? If so, will I not be getting too much vitamin B6?

The Pregnant Complete provides 1.9 mg of B6 per 2 capsules, also in the co-enzymatic (extra safe) form.
In the Netherlands, the maximum dose of B6 has been set at 24 mg per day. With these 2.9 mg, you are well below that limit.
