Make sure to also get enough magnesium alongside calcium. Magnesium can be found in green leafy vegetables like spinach, lettuce, and kale. Also in bananas, nuts, cocoa, meat, and dairy.

Ingredients
Magnesium malate, mineral complex from calcium-rich marine algae (Lithothamnium sp.), filler (MCC (cellulose gel)), filler (HPC (cellulose)), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate), cholecalciferol, menaquinone-7, glazing agent (HPMC (cellulose), glycerine, HPC (cellulose)).

Unless otherwise recommended, take 1 to 2 tablets daily during or shortly after meals. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Not suitable for children up to and including 10 years of age. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you are taking coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants).
