I've been using this for 3 months now and you can see visible improvement in my nails. Hair often takes longer.
I started taking this after my delivery and so far (5 months in) I haven't experienced any hair loss.
Very good! Initially ordered for one of my dogs who has a poor coat, but I have started using it myself and my nails are finally becoming stronger/harder!

My dog had a poor coat for which the vet could find no explanation. Since biotin is given for coats in horses, I started giving my dog biotin tablets, 1 tablet of 1000mcg per day, along with 1 tablet of zinc-selenium. The coat recovered quickly and the issues have not recurred. I will continue to give my dog the biotin tablets for a while longer.
