The black garlic in our Allium sativum extract is completely odourless and tasteless and comes in easy-to-swallow capsules.
Black garlic is produced through the fermentation of regular garlic (Allium sativum). The main sulphur compound in black garlic is S-allylcysteine. This form does not need to be converted into its active form in the body. Thanks to standardisation, Allium sativum extract always provides a reliable level of S-allylcysteine.
