Adaptonyl consists of a combination of seven adaptogenically active herbs. These herbs are all present in standardised form. Adaptogens are herbs and other natural substances. In Adaptonyl, the most potent adaptogens are brought together. Panax ginseng is the most well-known and widely used adaptogen. The name "Panax" was given by the Swedish physician and botanist Linnaeus and refers to the term "panacea". Panax quinquefolium is the Panax variety growing in the United States, which the American Indians used for various purposes. This variety is rich in a group of ginsenosides.
Eleutherococcus senticosus, although the name "Siberian ginseng" suggests otherwise, is not a ginseng variety. Rhodiola rosea (Golden root) is a well-known Russian adaptogen. Schizandra chinensis is a well-known Chinese adaptogenic herb. Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) is also known as Indian ginseng and is considered a "rasayana" herb in Ayurveda.

Panax quinquefolium 60 mg
(min. 10% ginsenosides)
Eleutherococcus senticosus radix 200 mg
(min. 0.8% eleutherosides)
Rhodiola rosea radix 60 mg
(min. 2% rosavins and min. 1% salidrosides)
Schizandra chinensis 160 mg
(min. 2% schizandrins)
Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) 140 mg
(min. 2.5% withanolides)
Panax ginseng radix 100 mg
(min. 4% ginsenosides)
Ginkgo biloba folia (min. 24% ginkgo- 40 mg
flavonglycosides and 6% ginkgoterpene lactones,
max 5 ppm ginkgolic acid)
Unless otherwise prescribed, take 1 capsule 2 to 4 times daily during or shortly after meals with water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
