Gradually increase the dosage to 6 tablets three times a day and maintain this dosage until you feel fit again. Afterwards, you can reduce the dosage back to 2 tablets three times a day.

So far, no adverse side effects have been observed with the use of Chlorella, even at high dosages.

Which chlorella is best to take for leaky {xxx} and which glutamine should I use? I also use the collagen peptides from Vital Proteins; can these be taken together?

The chlorella from Vitaminstore has a slightly higher dosage, with 250mg per tablet. Bonsuan's chlorella contains 450mg per capsule. It's wise to gradually increase the dosage to allow the digestive system to adjust. The recommendation is to start with 2x 1 tablet, then 2x 2 tablets per day, progressing to 2x 3 tablets per day.
Regarding L-glutamine, the 200g glutamine from Bonsuan is the most convenient; it comes in powder form and is easy to dose, with 6.5g per scoop. The advice is to take 1 to 2 scoops per day between meals.
Collagen can be taken together with L-glutamine and also contains L-glutamine.
Is it still good then?

If chlorella is completely odourless, you might wonder if the product is past its expiry date. Always check the colour of tablets too; it should be deep green without irregularities such as spots or speckles. If you still have doubts because the smell is particularly bad, you can always contact our customer service.
I cannot find anywhere how many vitamins... particularly B6 it contains... since I started taking it in 2013, I have experienced tingling in my arms and numbness in both legs.... I have sent the question to BLOEM several times but have not even received a response.
On 11 june 2019 by Customer serviceChlorella is a type of vegetable in tablet form. A manufacturer may only state the amount of a vitamin if it is an exactly dosed product, such as a multivitamin or a B-complex, not for a vegetable like chlorella.
However, it concerns a minuscule amount. If we take the average values for chlorella algae, then 100 grams of chlorella provides 1.4 mg of B6. A Vital Green tablet weighs 0.2 grams and therefore provides (1.4 divided by 500) approximately 0.003 mg of B6. An insignificant amount, even if you take 6 tablets a day (this would then provide 0.02 mg of B6).
Tingling and numbness in the limbs can have many causes. Both an excess of B6 and a deficiency of B6 can cause these complaints, and there are many other potential causes.
Can you experience stomach discomfort?

Even at the therapeutic dosage of 3 times a day, 4 tablets, chlorella is generally well tolerated. If you do experience any issues, consider reducing the dosage, or for instance, taking 2 tablets 6 times a day.
Does vital green chlorella contain all the vitamins and is it good for menopause?

It does contain various vitamins and minerals, but in very small quantities. Therefore, chlorella is not a multivitamin. The primary reason for using it is due to its high percentage of chlorophyll (green pigment). Chlorella can be used alongside any desired multivitamin.
Chlorella has no effect on menopause.
