This really works! I feel full all day and have no appetite whatsoever. I have to make myself eat something. Blood sugar remains stable, which keeps you feeling good.
I've already tried a lot, but this is the only product that helps. Really great. It's a shame that it apparently doesn't help everyone. Do give it a try anyway. I stick to the dosages and take it with plenty of water.
I have tried it before. It didn't help at all back then. It only made my wallet lighter...
I cannot yet say that I have lost weight, and that my cravings for snacks have decreased; I will wait a little longer.

As a treatment course: take 1 capsule in the morning immediately after waking and 2 capsules at lunchtime with sufficient water. If you are having a meal, take the capsules approximately half an hour before eating. Do not take a capsule in the evening before a meal or before going to bed!
As a maintenance dosage: once you have slimmed down to your desired level, you can maintain by taking 1 to 2 capsules daily, in the morning and/or afternoon, about half an hour before meals.
A healthy lifestyle is important, as is a varied, balanced diet for which food supplements are no substitute. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a cool, dry place, sealed.
