Ruval: drops or capsules
Ruval by Bloem is available in two variants: Ruval drops and Ruval Extra Forte capsules. The mild drop formula is recommended for children and seniors. The Ruval Extra Forte capsules are particularly useful at times when you really need them. The capsules are labelled "Extra Forte" because you'll notice the difference in a short time.

If necessary, this dosage may be taken every hour. Dosage for children: age + 3 drops. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Years ago, I used Ruval drops and they made me feel a bit more positive, is that right? And my daughter, who is 13 years old, is experiencing anxiety and sleep problems. What can I give her?
On 28 september 2020 by Customer serviceRuval is allowed, but since the drops contain alcohol, we advise against giving them to a 13-year-old child. As an alternative, we recommend the capsules without St. John's Wort:
In principle, from the age of 12, you can take an adult dosage when it comes to supplements, but herbs can have a stronger effect on children. Therefore, we advise sticking to the lower end of the dosage range with 1 capsule per day.
