Ingredients
* This quality fish oil is naturally bound to glycerol (triglycerides) and therefore has the highest bioavailability. For a good effect, natural fish oil in the form of triglycerides is preferred. All in all, Omega 3, 6 & 9 Balance per capsule contains a very good balance of the following vital and healthy fatty acids:
Omega 3 - 370 mg
Omega 6 - 292 mg
Omega 9 - 74 mg
For children from 4 years, use Child & Balance Omega Pearls.
Useful usage advice: Preferably take the capsules with a (main) meal that also contains fat. This promotes the absorption and processing of the vital fatty acids!
