Two components of lecithin are phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylserine. The latter is predominantly found in our brains and enhances concentration. Athletes may use this substance to recover faster and maintain their focus.

It is of excellent quality yet significantly cheaper than other brands
It's nice to know when you're getting something good. Opt for a healthy breakfast with quark and other ingredients. This fits in perfectly and tastes great too.
Excellent quality lecithin and not too expensive
It takes a while to work! You will need to use it for about 2 weeks before you notice any difference, and I use this alongside vitamin pills!
Works well for my yellow.
The Lecithin granulate can be mixed into muesli, yoghurt, milk, fruit juice, or raw vegetables. It can also be taken on its own.

Lecithin granulate also naturally contains trace minerals (including phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, iron, potassium) and vitamin E
Unless otherwise advised, take 1 to 2 times daily 1 dessert spoon (6.5 g) pure or mixed in muesli, yoghurt, milk, fruit juice, or raw vegetables.
Do not dissolve in hot drinks or use with hot food as important essential fatty acids may be lost.
A healthy lifestyle is important, as is a varied, balanced diet for which food supplements are no substitute. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a cool, dry place and keep sealed.

If I search for sunflower lecithin, this is indeed a misleading package. When I look further at the ingredients, it turns out to be just soy lecithin. It's a real shame that this piece of marketing can deceive people.

Furthermore, Lecithin granulate is 98% based on unfermented soy, as the production process of Lecithin does not utilise micro-organisms."
