It induces vomiting every time I use it. I've attempted to use it at various times throughout the day, but the outcome remains the same—just throwing up. It might be beneficial for others, but not for me.

A brand that focuses much more on this target group is Solgar. They strive to produce as many of their products as possible to be vegan, and they clearly indicate for each product whether it is suitable for vegans and/or vegetarians. The Skin, Nails and Hair Formula, for example, is suitable for vegans.

You can continue to use the Hair Total Balance throughout the year if you wish, as a sort of multivitamin. The product is beneficial not only for your hair but for your entire body.

Do keep in mind that it is perfectly normal to lose about 100 hairs a day. A lot of hair in your brush does not necessarily indicate that there is a real problem.
