Arnica montana – also known as Arnica – grows in Northern and Central Europe, Russia, and India. This plant thrives best on a gravelly soil and can therefore mainly be found high in the mountains on alpine meadows. A clever move by Mother Nature. Only she could think that a plant that aids recovery from sports injuries should grow in rocky and remote places. There are reports from 1100 that the extract of Arnica was used by mountaineers who had not so gently come into contact with the rocky ground or a boulder high in the mountains.

Tinctures of herbs, purified water, alcohol 50% vol.

Herbal extract: arnica (Arnica montana).

Usage

Unless otherwise advised, EXTERNALLY as a compress: dilute 1 part tincture with 8 parts water. EXTERNALLY rub in: dilute 1 part tincture with 6 parts water.

INTERNALLY: take 10 to 20 drops with a little water 3 times a day.
If urgently needed, take every hour.
Dosage for children: age + 3 drops.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
