I had swollen ankles and therefore started taking Aquafleur Forte. A few months later, I noticed that it is also good for menstrual discomfort. I was unbearable for one week each month, and that is now over. I would definitely recommend it.
Potassium is actually indispensable in a fluid formula. This mineral is important for the body as a counterbalance to the large amounts of salt we consume.
