I had swollen ankles and therefore started taking Aquafleur Forte. A few months later, I noticed that it is also good for menstrual discomfort. I was unbearable for one week each month, and that is now over. I would definitely recommend it.
Potassium is actually indispensable in a fluid formula. This mineral is important for the body as a counterbalance to the large amounts of salt we consume.

Can I use this product to purify the blood against pimples and blackheads?

On 24 september 2012 by Customer serviceFor the heart, there are several options, such as BioActive Q10 Uniqinol 50 mg, Super Magnesium, Potassium 250, and Taurine 500 mg.
Some multivitamins already contain Q10, magnesium, and potassium, for example, the Life Force™ Multiple.
There is also a combination of magnesium and taurine: Magnesium Taurate. Taurine not only has a beneficial effect on the heart but also has a very positive influence on the kidneys.
