Usage:
4 times a day, 1 tablet (1 tablet after each meal and 1 before bedtime).
After 1 week, dosage can be increased to 4 times a day, 2 tablets if desired.
Contraindications:

Is it true that this product should only be used for a maximum of 14 days? And how long should one wait before starting to use the product again?
On 29 august 2023 by Customer serviceThe recommendation is to use ADP oregano for a maximum of 14 days. If you are under the care of a therapist, a month is usually advised.
Can I combine ADP oregano with ADP caprylic acid? I used black walnut and Pau D'arco in November/December 2019, but I feel that I am not quite clean yet, as my stools still smell quite bad. I have purchased these two, but can I take them simultaneously?

So you can take them together without any issues.
Can this be taken in conjunction with multivitamin tablets?
