This is one of the supplements in the stack, based on a blood type test. Whose stack? My stack. From which you can deduce what the 'gaps' are in your diet. Under the guise of: you are what you eat (& drink). So, merely part of the whole. My advice: If you take a look under your own personal bonnet, different things might emerge. Everyone's puzzle piece is different. Regarding this supplement, I don't necessarily feel an immediate difference. But, I just feel good with it. So it's a keeper. ✅
