The capsules are a bit large to swallow, but not a problem for me. Quick effect and my digestive system calmed down sooner.
Since I've been using this, I've experienced fewer bladder infections and generally feel much better!

Bio-Kult Pro Cyan Ingredients:
Cranberry extract (Vaccinium macrocarpon), Microcrystalline cellulose (filler), vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), Probiotics (see above), vitamin A (retinyl acetate) 160 μg/capsule** (450iu). Bio-Kult Pro-Cyan contains traces of soy and milk, which are used in the growth medium of the strains. Traces of milk are at a level that does not affect individuals with lactose intolerance.

Bio-Kult Pro Cyan. Each capsule contains:
At least 18mg cranberry A-type PACs and 500 million probiotic micro-organisms (>5 x 108 CFU/capsule), equivalent to 1.2 billion probiotic micro-organisms per gram (1.2 x 109 CFU/gram).
The concentration of 500 million micro-organisms per capsule is guaranteed throughout the shelf life of this product.
Bio-Kult Pro Cyan Usage:
Dosage*: Take 1 to 2 capsules once or twice daily with food.
Pregnancy: Bio-Kult Pro-Cyan is suitable for use during pregnancy, but we always recommend consulting your doctor or specialist before taking a food supplement.
Children under 12 years: half the adult dosage.

What are the side effects? Can it make you tired?
On 13 june 2021 by Customer serviceThere are no known side effects such as tiredness. Generally, for probiotics, it is possible that in the first 2 or 3 days, you might experience some diarrhoea or gas as your intestines adjust. This, however, occurs infrequently.
