This is the third natural remedy I am trying... Always with good hope. But the hot flushes are not getting any better, some days every quarter of an hour! Due to thrombosis, I can no longer take hormone pills (had no issues then) or products containing St. John's Wort, so I just keep trying and struggling. It's a shame, but ultimately the symptoms will disappear just as spontaneously as they appeared, which is a comforting thought. The pills are easy to take and certainly do no harm, so to ladies with the same issue, I would say, just give it a try!
Because Vogel has a good reputation, I chose this remedy, but it did not help me at all. Not for any of the menopausal symptoms. Fortunately, I am quite knowledgeable about dietary supplements and soon found an alternative that did work, but I was disappointed with Dr. Vogel!
