We've been using this daily for over 15 years.
A major advantage of these pills, in my opinion, is their size; they are easy to swallow and, if necessary, you can chew them briefly as they don't taste unpleasant. A daily dosage of 2-10 tablets contains the active ingredients of 979-4895 mg plant extract (Echinacea purpurea herba and radix).
Take 1-2 tablets 2-5 times daily with some water.
Maximum dosage: 5 times daily 2 tablets.
For overall immunity enhancement: 2 times daily 2 tablets.
Children up to 6 years: one-third of the dosage.
Children from 6 to 12 years: half of the dosage.
For children, A.Vogel also offers Echinaforce junior chewable tablets with a natural orange flavour.
