What does our nose do?
Our nose cleanses, moistens, and warms the inhaled air. The inside of the nose is lined with mucous membranes filled with glands that produce mucus, almost half a litre per day! This mucus filters more than 95% of the particles that pollute our air. Thus, healthy nasal mucosa acts as a protective layer against bacteria and viruses.

Tips for dry nasal mucosa
The optimal humidity in the home is between 50 and 60%. You can measure this with a hygrometer. If the humidity is too low, you can add water vapour to the air.

• Hang water bowls on the radiator
• Place plants in the house
• Do not set the heating higher than 20 to 21°
• Use a humidifier

Spray 1-2 times per nostril. It can be used more frequently if needed.

Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

1. First, blow your nose clean

2. Remove the protective cap from the bottle

3. Shake well before use

4. For first use: hold the bottle upright and press the spray head several times until a mist is formed.

5. Insert the spray head into one nostril and close the other nostril. Keep the bottle upright and spray into the nostril by pressing the spray head once while gently breathing in through the nose.

6. Repeat for the other nostril.

7. Wipe the spray head after each use and immediately replace the cap.

For hygienic reasons, it is advisable that each sprayer is used by only one person.

The nasal spray can be safely used for an extended period.

As far as is known, it can be used according to the indicated dosage during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
