A joint is formed by two bone parts whose ends are covered with cartilage, a resilient tissue that is highly resistant to pressure. These ends are coated with a thin layer of lubricant, which keeps them separated and minimises friction. Cartilage and lubricant absorb shocks and contribute to smooth movement. - plant extracts: ribwort plantain (Plantago lanceolata), trembling poplar (Populus tremuloides), lady's mantle (Alchemilla vulgaris) 4.3%, holly (Ilex aquifolium);
- bulking agent (cellulose, calcium phosphates);
- stabiliser (silicon dioxide, cross-linked cellulose gum);
- glazing agent (magnesium stearate, fatty acids).
A daily dose of 1 tablet contains the active ingredients from a total of 5000 mg extract of the plants listed in the ingredients list.
Maintenance dose: 1 tablet daily, preferably before a meal with some water.
For extra support for sensitive muscles and joints, you can use Atrosan forte gel and/or Atrosan forte.
You may notice the difference after some time. Alchemilla complex can be used for a prolonged period.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
